I was living out a video game in space. Well it wasn't actually space, there were these digital floating islands in the middle of a dark void, each level was a different island, and as each level was unlocked the island changed, got bigger, was different. It was very digitized, even the people until you were in a scene like first person and interacting. It would pull back to digital when it was a required part of each level however. I was living out a Lovestory, the video game version. It was very simplistic. At the end of each level was a boss. The end of the game was a wedding. The goal was to get the Princess of some midieval castle to marry me. Each level was very similar but held a few more challenges to meet before the boss. I got to the tenth level and arranged so the black dragon, in her human form, met the priest which neutralized her because they fell in love, and I met the princess in a sneak meeting in the belly of the castle. Apparently both characters, mine and hers, were of the time and our personalities reflected that genuinely. She was a bit uneducated or at least unaware of the ways of common people and so rule abiding, it was as if she couldn't imagine doing anything other than the way things were always done. I was a bit arrogant, about my intellect, and patronizing to the point of snobby. But I watched them from outside his body during that realization, I think my judgement of him being an ass threw me out of him, and I realized they were acting the part, maybe without even knowing they were acting. Also the Princess, as color is worthy of note in dreams, was black, light black but still of that heritage. I am positive I was white, the one flashing had of looking at him who was myself showed a white actor on TV... and the black dragon and priest whom I never actually saw clearly were so black they were silhouettes. Anyway I think there were 22 levels in total, and I didn't even finish 10 before I woke up. I would have won, the black dragon and the priest were in love, the princess had met me, and something else was in place set to go down that night. I just woke up a tad too soon. The only other level I remember at all clearly was me as a guardsman, and I recall joking around with another guardsman about how much we liked that service. We actually genuinely performed to guard/be on lookout/security position to any other because either kept us among the people and was exciting. In interpretation I got flashes of guarding outside hotels in NYC.
