Doctor doctor I am sick

I was in a doctor's office because I was sick and the only doctor who can help me was that doctor. The procedure involved making a hole in my palm and blowing some sort of balloon through it. It was weird. In the doctor's office, at first I was alone with the doctor who seem to have been doing something I can't remember until I was joined by 2 girls (highschool or college) who was initially there sittinf on the sofa and making their own school girl talk. When the doctor went away somewhere in his office, the 2 girls approached me and asked me, "Are you sure you're okay with having him handle you?" I was weirded out by that question and I only answered, "But he's the only doctor who can help me. He's the only one who can do that procedure." Satisfied by my answer, the two girls left me alone when the doctor came back.
