Scary hallways

I was being chased by something, running down these narrow hallways and every time I tried to get into a door this reddish black ooze would come seeping out. I finally managed to get into a room and I peek out the door to see this cop walking past the door and this girl with long dark hair over her face, blue hoodie, red pants, stalking the cop with a huge knife in her hands. Suddenly the cop comes running past the door only for the girl to catch him and gut him on the wall. I still remember his screams
