Another world

I can’t recall all of my dream, but what I do recall is I had arrived to a clinic for my daughter to be seen, it was dark, we were waiting and it was taking long so I decided to walk outside for a bit, as I walked out I looked up and it’s a big beautiful weird looking moon as I’m looking I then realize it’s not a moon but what looks like earth but it isn’t, it was another world, as clouds passing by cleared out I can also make out a thick but faint ring around it like Saturn’s, but instead of horizontally, it was vertical, I also seen a bright reddish hot pink colored star in front of it a bit towards the left, I was in awe and as I was thinking to go inside and get my daughter to see this, the world along with the star and ring, turned out to be a big UFO flying disk, and then flew away...it’s like it had stood still for the moment in observance of me and could read my thoughts
