Asylum Hand Bitten Off

I was at this huge open air asylum. There must have been a couple thousand people. I saw the steins dropping Gene off there. Drew seemed sad. Suddenly a fight breaks out and there isn't many workers here. One person tried to kick the other with terrible uncoordinated form. They are both mentally handicap. I'm waiting and watching for some worker to break it up. It seemed more silly than serious. They start grappling and roll on the floor and suddenly the fighter who dodged the kick, sucks air in through his mouth like Kirby, and the other person's left hand gets sucked into his mouth, and he bites down. A blood curdling scream is released. And I see the man's left hand gushing out blood. Only a thumb remained in his left hand. I woke up very shaken by the experience.
