I got a ticket to a dance competition

I was in front our house when a woman on a scooter motorcycle stopped in front of the gate. As the woman hopped off the scooter and removed her helmet, I immediately recognized her with the jacket she was wearing and her short height. It was one of my seniors during my internship. We said hi to each other and I told her that I missed her even though we weren't exactly close. At that moment, I also missed the other members of the team. I wasn't the best intern since I was always quiet and shy, but I still missed them. I was wondering why was she here so she said that she came to give me a ticket to a dancing competition. As she handed it to me, a confused look must have been visible on my face so she followed it up by saying that it was for the dancing competition that my former co intern will be particitipating to and all of the team will be watching to support him. I then remembered that I've seen posts regarding that competition on social media. I thanked my senior for the ticket and bid her safe travels as she rode her scooter and went away.
