my dead grandma laughs when I tell her she’s dead

At my house, a feast was being held for all of my family members (living and nonliving). In one of the guest bedroom, I was interviewing each family member one at a time. At this point in the dream I was interviewing my grandmother, who (in real life) died about seven years ago. She looked very regal in the dream and younger than I last remembered. I was about to ask her a question when she asked me, “Do you really think I’m dead?” I was stopped by this sudden question for a second then reminded her, “Well yeah, you died a few years ago...remember?” To this she responded with a small laugh. The atmosphere of the dream wasn’t creepy, it was actually very warm with the smell of coffee in the air, so I laughed along with her, slightly confused.
