Injured wrist

I dreamt there was like a thick leaf with its stem and its stem went through my wrist. I tried pulling it out and when I did, my wrist exploded with blood everywhere. I wanted my bf to take me to the hospital but he was busy talking to other girls. Finally my sister’s best friend’s husband E said he would take me. In real life he’s an emergency tech. I ended up with a cookie cutter like small, cylindrical hole in my wrist and then it somehow moved to my nose. I asked the nurses if we can fix it and they said they could put a small stitch but it’s not going to take the hole away. Then I married E. Lol. Idk if this signifies emotional pain. Or something I’ll have trouble healing from? I don’t know but it’s weird. And does it have to do with my bf? Just weird.
