me and daniel were at katia’s apartment and she had a few other people there. there were maybe ten of us total. it was getting a little loud and rowdy and daniel was planning to fix her dresser. i showed him where the dresser was and i went back into the living room. suddenly he runs out and says he threw up, i made sure he was okay and katia gave him supplies to clean it up. i asked where he threw up and he said in her bed lol. katia wasnt too upset she just thought it was funny but gross that it was in her bed. after we went back to the living room and daniel continued to fix the dresser. they were smoking in katias living room and although i dont really smoke anymore i was hitting my vape. suddenly the landlord and two other guys came in and said they were getting noise complaints. they then saw the bong and questioned if we were smoking. this apartment is a no smoking one. they took katia outside and the rest of us rushed to find our shit to leave. i saw daniel run outside with our stuff and i followed behind him. we got out of there i do believe but katia was nowhere to be found.
