posh department store call centre

I'm in a call centre at work. however it's more like a department store with large counters displays in an octagonal fashion or hexagonal fashion. so we sit at the counter the front of the counter and make calls from there. I get up to get myself a juice or coffee. there are dispensers that dispense orange juice and posh coffee. the ceilings are very very high. I go through a door to get some coffee and find myself in a small confined office with a woman. I I feel like I'm intruding and I'm uncertain about picking up the coffee.
