My performance appraisal

The nurses in country told me my performance are not good, they suggested me to just do some ground escorts not flying. I nicely asked in what area do I need to improve, they said they are not telling. I was like, how could it be possible ? The chief nurse likes me very much she said she wanna hire someone likes me (that's real life), so I was bit sa d and thought about I will talk to the chief nurse and the educator who love me very much. In the airport, I held a backpack which didn't go through the scanning, the nurse told me I need to find the.security guard to scan my bag, I was like u serious? I got two security guards to turn on the x ray machine to scan my bag, and I whinge about how these nurses gave me hard time.
