Jinn possession

i was on my bed, i can't remember if i was with someone or not but i think i was. i was in a ritual and i somehow had this evil mojo made out of bone and wooden beads. i shook it and i immediately felt as if something shot up my spine. i started hearing a bunch of distorted voices and i was in sleep paralysis. my body began vibrating and shaking and i was convinced that there was an evil entity in me. i tried to flinch myself out of its control but it had me paralyzed ( this is what i thought whilst in sleep paralysis). i tried to yell for help but of course that doesn't work in sleep paralysis. i finally woke up and was sure that there was a demon in my room but after a few minutes i realized that it was just a very intense sleep paralysis.
