Polluted Water And Tiff (not a good mix)

Tiff avoided playing with her brother (tuff) and love interest (guessing is Kirby) Tuff was worried so he told The Chief (Chief Bookem) he said "I'll track her down" like she was a criminal. Then it cut to a scene of meta knight and Tiff. Meta Knight asked "What is the matter, Tiff" Tiff replied "I don't know what to do.. The water is polluted, I wish people would take better care of the earth" then I woke up
