caterpillar

this is just part of it, but there was this lady who had a big caterpillar as a pet. she had these buttons on it that said when he was talking to her and would click and light up when he was. the cage was sat on this wooden shelf it looked like she made herself to fit this small space in the wall. there was also another shelf next to it, but i can’t remember what was on it. probably books or something. i looked closely at the cage and there were 2 glass rectangular cages and it could go from one to the other with a ladder. the one on the bottom had little halloween decorations in it on a building that looked like a strip mall kinda. the caterpillar was in the top one and was a little discolored i places and really fat. it looked like it had been alive a longer than normal. it made a weird squeaky sound when she said it had heard it’s name before.
