School Shooter

Maybe it was because of all the talk going around about gun control and more cases of mass shootings, but last night I had an eerie dream about an intruder entering the school and just taking fire out on any and everyone. It was terrifying, but not the scariest dream I’ve had. I had gotten separated from my friends as the gunman was firing out bullets. The whole time he was chasing me until I had finally escaped by hiding in a trap door underneath the school in this tight little space. He knew were I was, but couldn’t get to me in time because 1.) the door couldn’t open from the outside and 2.) the police had come and arrested him. When I came out for hiding it was sickening. Student bodies were everywhere and I was in complete distraught. I couldn’t even react when paramedics were rolling one of my friend’s lifeless body out. I remember the gunman getting a shitty sentence like only three years or something even after he shot up a school. My only response to that was “thank god this is my last year; I’m graduating.”
