The Only Arcade I Don’t Like

(Not I’m Dream) I did not enter sleep paralysis, but I did remember my dream. It was yesterday, so I may have forgotten a couple details. Nevertheless, I’ve had this dream before, so I can kind of paint a picture of the landscape even without knowing very much from the refresher. Unfortunately, I did not enter sleep paralysis. (In Dream) On a really pretty and long beach, many people were having fun with their families in the water and on the sand. I wasn’t one of those people. From the experience of the first time I had this dream, there was a really tall red and gold/yellow kinda fat, round tower just standing there on the beach. It’s a hotel, if I remember correctly. I wasn’t there either. Only a quarter mile away from the tower, farther from the water was this massive arcade. It was a two story cube-like building. There were all kinds of games inside. That’s where I was. My dad and I were there and he was teaching me how to fake out the massive claw machine in the middle of the room. Apparently, there was an open top to it. When my dad went there when he was a kid, he apparently found out that he could use the short fake fishing rods to snag whatever he wanted. Having caught prizes that way before, he was teaching me how to do the same. My dad was the the west of the massive claw machine while I was to the south. Two more people took up the east and north sides when they saw us using our strategy. Moments later if me not having caught anything since I had just started, two of the arcade staff people came over and shoed us away, my dad and I hiding in a corner by the check out stand and a wall. We weren’t good enough at hiding and the staff came back over to us. I was terrified for some reason. They just stared at us before they went away. We stood up and saw a lady at the counter. Another staff person walked up behind us and placed two Hershey’s bars on the counter, one for my dad and one for myself. I hesitantly took it and ate it. It was melty, but chocolate is chocolate. (Not in Dream) And then I woke up. Nothing really all that interesting other than I’ve had the longer version of this dream before.

AI generated interpretation Interpretation: This dream may be a reflection of your feelings of being out of place or unwelcome in certain situations. The beach and the people enjoying it could represent a sense of community and connection that you are not part of. The arcade is a place of fun, but it is also a place where you feel like an outsider, as indicated by the staff members who shoo you away. The Hershey’s bars may be a sign of comfort and acceptance, suggesting that even if you feel like an outsider, you are still valued and appreciated.
