Weird live puppet at mall

It was my first dream of the night and not very vivid. I remember being in a mall and seeing the escalators. Me and an older gentleman that I knew was a doctor were in front of a fish tank. Inside of the fish tank was a puppet, but instead of being controlled by someone he was moving on his own. The doctor seemed confused of how exactly to help the puppet, being that we weren't underwater too.
