Magic or super power

I was in a huge city, but in a highway someone got blasted with water got hit. I jumped off the highway and my body had cubes filed with water. I looked up at him and used that water and struck him in the face. Then I appeared in my room and fell asleep and dreamt about how there was five people who were using water and I was the one they were surrounding. But they were doing it out of respect and I woke up from the dream within a dream. Then I woke up for real.
