Tooth Ring?

I can remember a part of my dream where my nose ring gets kind of torn out. I start to panic and look in the mirror but I’m not looking at my nose for the ring, I’m looking at my tooth. It had been pulled out my tooth! My front tooth was a soft, squishy texture. It had a couple slits, clearly where my tooth ring had been pulled out. It was floppy and kind of pulling away from my gum slightly too. I knew that teeth were the only part of the body that can’t heal itself. I kind of panic but know for some reason that my tooth will actually heal itself if I stop playing with it and let it heal.
