dreams ruining my real life relationships

i keep having dreams about my boyfriend where he’s ignoring me or just bad scenarios coming up and then when i wake up i feel like the dream is real and it negatively impacts my reality and makes me not want to like my boyfriend or i’m upset with him because i think what happened in the dreams are real life.
