Two friends are very nice to me before my birthday

I was sleeping over at my friend’s house and I think we kissed? Even though irl I don’t feel that way about her. Anyways later we went to see what her mom was making for dinner and when I can came back to her room and old friend who I haven’t talked to in forever was in there. We talked for a while and then she revealed that she made me a bed comforter for my birthday (which isn’t until July but okay). It was like a mixture of past comforters that I’d had, split into four. My other friend was somehow involved in this idea too. I thanked them both while crying a bit
