releasing pressure

there was some kind of emergency, like a dam about to burst, and we had to release pressure through some special pipe. the person who authorised it had to put their own dollar coin in which was destroyed in they process, so that they wouldn't do it lightly. so I asked for the dollar coin from the person telling me what to do, then I opened up the cover and had to clear out a whole bunch of one and two dollar coins (context: I'm in Australia). then we were going to put some kind of big tool on, twist and the water would come gushing out. But before we did that, I was sent over the road to a cabin too do it there. but I couldn't find the pipe. Then I was outside, and there was water wherever, just below the cabin, and a woman (who I knew in the dream) had stripped down, and was showing me how cold it was by how far her nipple had extended. But she hadn't completely removed clothes, so they were still in the water getting wet. Later she came out of the water, just in her underpants, end that I was getting cold back to do something about the pipe. But I thought that maybe the crisis wasn't getting worse, so we wouldn't need to open the pipe. Then I was inside the cabin, and knocked off what turned out to be a thermometer, and it came away from the wood backing. A guy was inside, and I didn't know how he got in there, and he was a hippie (that I knew in the dream) and he said he would take care of it. and I asked if he had a special place for disposing of mercury and he said no, it didn't matter. And I was worried about that.
