Out of Body

I felt like I was asleep and awake at the same time. I was holding a blue and white box, it transition into me in a hospital bed holding a bigger box which had the same colors. Then I was pulled through a tunnel which flashed different colors. Finally woke up fully, tried to go back to sleep but felt like I was awake and asleep.
