The Golden Peacock

In the first part of this dream, I am sleeping with my ex situationship Dan. We are in what seems like a basement apartment and it is dark and cramped. The guy turns into my other ex Mark at some point and then a drama about a scarecrow comes up. It's like there is a scarecrow beside the bed and it severely freaks me out but only for a brief moment. Then I see hands building a miniature house or old school house. They are taping on the plastic windows and the siding is white with black window trim. She is using red tape. Suddenly we are now in the school house and it is large and real. There are many people around but it is not like we are formally in school but maybe partying in an abandoned building. At one point I get very freaked out again and Jordan Johnson asks me if I know about the legend of the scarecrow. I was freaked out and we kind scurried towards the elevator and went out a side door on the top level. I was on a deck with many people, friends, mates etc. The energy was rowdy and fun like a party - with maybe a Halloween spooky edge to it. From the deck I could see my friend Kelly's ex husband Brent down below and called excitedly to their dog Zelda. She came running up to meet me. The next scene, I am sitting in my car outside one of Glen Garden, one of the community gardens I coordinate. It seems to be fall and I feel satisfied. I see a beautiful gold, yellow, orange and red peacock walking gracefully down the street. I am in awe by it's beauty. It seems to be shimmering gold and have an aura of opulence. I glance up briefly and see another bird, a mourning dove, on the power line that is also in glimmering golds and oranges. As I look up a school bus (maybe a city bus) drives by and startles the peacock a little bit and as it scurries away it starts changing back to blue a little bit. The colours kind of flashing in and out. A young Asian girl gets into my car off of the bus semi-frantically and starts telling me that someone nearby needs my help! I look to where she is gesturing and someone I know from the gardens comes out and is physically disabled but is otherwise perfectly fine. She isn't in distress, she just has a condition that she lives with normally. I said to the girl (or to myself) "oh I've helped this woman before and she is just fine!" And proceeded to talk to the woman in a friendly manner. It felt like there was no crisis. I think there was more but that's it for now! The end.
