On an island?

This dream wasn’t really clear but I think I was playing a video game where I was on an island. It looked cartoonish. But it also felt like I was really there at some parts. I had this weird dried out material, almost like leather, but I learned it was actually a dried out piece of brain. I heard a voice in the background saying I need to attach it to a live brain so it would absorb the moisture from the brain.
