The first part I remember, I am at an outdoor show of some kind with a friend. It's raining a little bit and we see some merch rain smocks on a table and grab them for ourselves. There is a little dog with us but I can't remember if we find him there in the rain and save him or if we brought him with us. We give him a smock too. The event is ending and an organizer comes up to my friend to ask her for details about her work. Perhaps he wants her help with the next event. There was an energy of gathering lost and forgotten items from the area, like finding rewards after cleaning up at a music festival. The next part I am in an airplane with my cousin Rob and his family (who are well off), the airplane is really chunky and black, but it is a small personal plane and we are flying over a mountainous area. I speak up from the back and ask if we can go to Turkey! He says no problem and we fly to the country of Turkey. I am with my cousin Rob, his daughter, my mom and two of my step siblings. We are now walking in the streets of Turkey and it's so vivid. I see the people and the buildings and the land. We are in a city but it is not busy at all, a few people here and there, and no one seems put off that we're there. We go into a coffee shop and everyone in front of me orders coffee and they tell me to "just order a coffee" in order to not be complicated. But I know that they have a special tea there, it has little bits in it and is fermented and I wanted to try it! I ordered the special tea which felt like something the locals would get and we all sat in two booths and enjoyed our drinks together. The cafe felt open and modern, decorated in natural materials with a lot of texture and specifically chosen colour. After we were done, we went outside and walked around some more, I felt so grateful to be able to visit Turkey, knowing I probably wouldn't go there in my waking life. I then caught a glimpse of a dangerous looking man, just villainous, not strong and I kept my eye out. We sat at a picnic table enjoying the day together and the man had gone and got two more and they were harassing us! It didn't last long, it felt all of a sudden that there was a local with us and I cant quite remember if he had a gun or a dog, but the three vagrants ran away. The next scene I was in a restaurant, now with maybe a friend or two and they were ordering Turkish food for a party. They didn't want much but wanted to impress their friends. It felt like these two were young, like very early 20s - I was more like a fly on the wall at this part. A chef in a dark bar and back kitchen comes out with what he has put together and they are in clear, circular glass dishes with Saran wrap on them, maybe 7-8 dishes. He spoke like a parent, like he didn't have time to make them but he whipped them up for desperate teenagers. I counted how much it might cost in my head, I thought at least $100, maybe up to $180. I wondered how these kids might actually transport the food to the party! I think that this is it, this was a great dream and felt vivid and resourced. I feel like it has themes of protection and adventure. The end.
