Black holes

Started off at the office, then myself and a work friend had to go to one of my client sites which was a factory down by a river, so we're walking along this footpath that followed the river and it was a hot day so I said why don't we just go swimming instead, my house is just by he client and I have togs you can borrow, she was sort of ummming and ahhing about it and then said sure why not but as we got closer to the site she started pointing out all these dark holes in the river and saying how she'd hate it if one of us got caught up in them.
