Ocean

So I was about 300 yards off shore in India. I was with a group of people teaching me how to make some religious dish using salt water from the ocean. Everyone started heading back to shore, but I wasn't. It seemed like the harder I swam, the further from shore I got. I came to the conclusion that I would never make it, and I should just drown myself now as to not suffer later. I tried one last thing; a back stroke. Then, in seconds, after being so far off shore people looked like ants, I was on the beach again. I don't know what this dream means, though I would like to know. If someone could help me out it would be great.
