Little girl

I have a really bad habit of just writing my dreams down when i wake up. From what i remember there was this little girl who kinda looked like Georgie from the new IT movie (don’t know the name of the actor). I was on this beach, there had just been a storm so there were a couple other people combing the beach. I was really there to look for seashells cause there were a ton of huge cool ones. I spotted this wicker basket in the shape of a scallop shell and pulled it out from under all this seaweed and debris and inside, all wet and pale looking, was this little girl in the fetal position (like i couldn’t even see her face, just the top of her head). I don’t remember what happened next, but i remember it was like the next scene o the dream was playing, this little girl was now holding the hand of this guy? (I’d say more a shadow cause i never saw this thing) and she was wearing this little white night gown. I think this thing started telling me how it was my fault she drowned and all of a sudden i got a close up of her face, all pale, and then it slowly started to rot as she was donning this evil little smile. I know there was more to this dream and this little girl but i didn’t write it down and her face was all i could remember afterwards.
