Not A Dream, Sleep Paralysis

I learned about lucid dreaming he day before and I was interested in it. I tried the WILD technique, where you fall asleep and know you have transported to a dream. However, I got sleep paralysis and it was scary. Dark figures whispering for about 10 seconds. Then I tried to wake my body up by wiggling my fingertips, the hands, arm, and finally propped myself up. Really creepy stuff.
