Mall and Futuristic Pictures

I was at a huge mall, but I wasn't sure where it was. It was underground, and it was unique because it also had paths outside. I was walking around with Melissa. Most of the stores were closed, except for a Dunkin Donuts and a "Ten Minute Health" clinic. As we were walking around, a female nurse ran up to us with a needle. She said she could take me blood, and develop pictures from various times of my life from the blood. I was quite curious about this, so I let her take my blood. The nurse didn't have interest in Melissa's blood. She said she'd have the results in a few hours. There was nobody at the mall. Melissa suddenly disappeared. II got the pictures back from the clinic, but they were black and blurry. I was then in the Winston Clinic, I had somehow injured myself, but not sure how. The nurses said they would give me a doctor's note, but the note didn't have my name, but someone else's name. I said this isn't my name, they said they'd remake it. They kept remaking it, but getting my name wrong every time
