Monster in the woods

We were living in a cave in the woods like the cave from Lost. It was much more open though. There was a monster after us and it would make you hallucinate. We were in another country and at one point we lived in the house of a family friend. I was in their bathroom with my hair wrapped in a towel to let it dry. I looked at myself in the mirror and the towel was draped over my face in my reflection. I moved but my reflection didn't and I freaked out.
