Orphans take down the government

Im probably going to miss a few details, but I was heading out to find this group. It was called something like group one. They were being hunted by the government. Anyway, I drove to a spot (which was significant because I don't think I had access to a car at first) I went down this allyway type thing and texted Reessi that I couldn't come into work because I'm going to be busy (I don't work there anymore) At the bottom, there two white cats with spots, one had a mangled stub for a tail. I continued forward and made it to a shrub, where the inside is hollow, after forcing my way in I laid low for a bit After a while of nervous fidgeting, I met someone from Group One. We started walking to the house they were squating in and I met all of them. They were all children, one significantly older then the rest was probably around 12. Something happened and we needed to drive somewhere. We got in the car and a ton of noise erupted in the neighborhood. A few moments later tons of government cars drive by. And I mean tons, eventually I see Grace (who's here now?) Motion to some of the kids riding on top of the back thing to drop down. I don't remember how it ended
