Water to Snow to Water

I was in a house and went to the back deck. Outside looked so eerie. Everything was like black...kind of like a massive haze of black. I look over my back porch and noticed the water was also black. I then started to notice that the water was higher than usual. It was raining a bit but not enough for the height of the water now. I turn my head and all of a sudden my porch had 4 feet of snow on it. As I turn back to look at the water, it was even higher. Seconds ago I saw playground equipment and within seconds it was covered in more water. All of a sudden, Chino (my cat that died over a year ago) comes bolting out of my house running into the water. He was shocked at first and I kept yelling at him to swim back in. Thankfully he did. I went back inside and then woke up.
