Sore

I had a dream where I had had a sore on my right palm that had kinda healed up but it was sort of hard like a zit and I could feel there was something under the skin. So I grabbed it and squeezed real hard and this little tube-like thing came out. I grabbed it and threw it on the ground and it unfurled and moved around a little bit. It was gross!
