Sugar boobie momma

I had a dream I had a sugar momma. She was a very plump older lady, with short red hair who was very rich and artsy and always wearing shawls. She was getting liposuction and said she would pay the surgeon to inject the fat she got removed into my boobs so my boobs would be bigger and fuller. While she was getting the operation I was in the waiting room with some of my friends. I was so excited and giddy I couldn’t sit down. I was pacing and jumping around all over the place and people were giving me dirty looks and getting annoyed with me, but I was too happy to care.
