Mom asks me to take trash at new house. Go outside in dark. Remember that trash is in garage (in dream she put them there irl they're on te concrete but outside) hands and arms grab me from front. I think was invisible or arms were black. Transfers into sleep paralysis but I realize what's happening and calm down
