Lost Blind Boy

I opened my door and found a young boy in my house. He was blind and probably like 8 years old. I went on this whole trip around the town with him trying to find his parents, who he originally couldn’t give me the names of but eventually did. As I was taking him everywhere trying to find his parents, he slowly became less blind? Like I would look at him and every now and then and think ‘didn’t he used to have an in-turned eye? now it’s normal’. I’m pretty sure by the end of the dream he somehow had his full vision.
