The Monument Killer

Somehow I caught this serial killer they called the monument killer. He posed his victims and dressed them in distinctive ways and killed bunches of people at a time. I found him in a pit with some of his would-be victims. Some were dead and some were on the way. I hit him over the head and wrapped him up in a power cord and called the police who came quickly. They were busy with the victims and I had to sit with the killer, who was really cocky and kept being able to loosen his bonds. He kept saying horrible things to me and I wanted to hit him again but was worried about him getting off on the police brutality technicality if I did so. I was really scared of him.
