Witold and I were in a harbour town walking along the piers, talking about visiting Norway. Lyra, our dog, was running around the pier with us. That's when I saw the giant wave coming. There had been no warning. All we could do was basically brace for impact. It being a dream, we went into a little fishing shack for "safety" with another woman. Lyra was off somewhere and wouldn't come to us in time so I fretted about her and Bilbo back at home. The wave hit us like a ton of bricks, filled the shack with water, and emptied very quickly. I checked on the woman, who was not seriously injured, and Witold was fine too. I ran outside to see if Lyra was around, and she was in the sea by the pier, swimming unhappily. I called her, and she came to me with an injured leg. I helped her onto the pier, then I woke up.
