New flip phone in noisy house

I bought a New flip phone and was on the other phone with a customer service person trying to set it up. I was in a very noisy home that wasn't mine and every room I went it had someone in it making too much noise. The person on the other line was getting impatient. it was getting late and taking forever to set up.
