Insane Soldier

I dreamt I was in The Second World War, I was a Sergeant or something. We got into a battle and I felt myself go mad. There was an open field with two paths surrounded by bushes. Those paths were connected by a road that ran behind them. Both paths were filled with German soldiers, I could hear them speaking and shooting and everything. I charged straight into the path on the left, laughing and shooting some kind of small machine gun. I quickly tore through everyone on the left path, and could hear my friends yelling at me to stop from behind. I followed the road, eventually finding the second path also full of soldiers. I was behind them now, and shot them all down while laughing. I reached the end of the path, where a woman walked in front of me. I was startled and quickly pointed my gun at her. She jumped back and fell on her behind. I apologized and told her everything that just happened and that I’d just killed about 30 men and began crying. That was when I woke up
