so many nightmares in one night

i had like 10 nightmares in one night. i kept dreaming about scenarios with the guy i’m dating and then other guys from my past kept coming up in my dreams too. i also had a dream where i was trapped in a house and being hunted and had to escape. and another one was where i ran into my ex and his friend at a movie theater and had to keep running into different theaters to get away. i also i kept rolling down each row of seats in the theater and then ended up sitting next to my ex because he found me. i had another dream where my friend took my phone and started texting a bunch of people and messing up my phone and it ruined some of my relationships with people.
