sleep paralysis

let me give you a little back story . Before summer 2017 I had made a home made ouiji board, nothing happened obviously. I burned a hole in the middle and threw it away. when I got home from school the next day my mom said " do you have an animal in your room ? I keep hearing things fall and move. I went to go look in there and I didnt find anything " i just looked at her and laughed then said " nope." the next couple of days things were falling and moving around. like I was making ramen noodle soup and when I turned around this bowl was in the air , then it was placed back down quietly. anyways one night I woke up and my room was pitch black but where my window is I saw 6 shadows. 3 of them where tall and 3 where short. nothing happened that night. the same thing happened but there was just 5 shadows. I stared at them then closed my eyes and fell back asleep. ( my bed is the the corner of my room next to me is my mirror and on front of me is my window.) I was laying down , as I looked up i see my hand on the shadows hand as well , my hand was slowly going down. it just stood over me watching me , no face , no shape in body. the last time I had sleep paralysis was when the same shadow was next to me but I turned to me left and there was a black figure. it had the most ugly shape , i can't decibe it but it was disgusting. it just screeched so loud, I started praying then it stopped. when I was able to move my room smelled very bad , it smelled like death. I had to sleep somewhere else and put prayers on my tv. nothing has happened ever since
