OASIS from RP1 type of thing

It was a planet or website in the Oasis, probably just cause I am reading the book right now. It had the art style like build a bear ville, which is gone now but it was an online virtual world ran but Build A Bear company This game was nothing like that game though. It was for adults, maybe kids too, but it was like the OASIS, so it was kind of like real life. A woman was worried about not being able to sleep for work each night if she bought an apartment that did not have sound muting included in the package. Beds were big and spacious round beds here. Like the size of a small bedroom inside a large bedroom. They probably had tiny normal beds too but maybe these were the more expensive apartments idk. One of the players was a little creature that kind of looked like Plankton from SpongeBob but make him cute and cuddly. This guy had his apartment open for visitors and we were hanging out but the game glitched and kicked me out. I felt bad because the Plankton didn't have any friends yet and I wanted to be his friend. I found him by username somehow and we were on each other's friends list then so we didn't lose each other despite any glitches. There was a guy I was dating who was sleeping in the apartment at one point, or maybe I slept at his... I wondered how they make the would make the game safe for kids in this regard. Which is probably just my subconscious wondering how kids would be protected in a reality simulation like Oasis from Ready Player One. I haven't finished reading it yet so maybe it will talk more about that later in the book. The truth is probably that the amount of protection a kid would have is just like in the real world: it would be dependent on and directly related to their parental or guardian supervision. It would be awesome to have a place like Oasis, but I fear this world would never allow it to exist as it did in the book. If we ever had that kind of technology, that is.
