Death dreams?

I had a dream last night that everyone kept dying, and it was random people, I don't even know some of them, and I kept freaking out everytime it happened. My one best friend always next to me was narrating it the whole time and she just sorta laughed everytime it happened. I woke up verge of throwing up and ended up getting sick. Is there a meaning to any of it?
