Frightening bathroom paralysis

I was I my bathroom and I was looking at my face in the mirror. I looked down and back up at the mirror and my eyes were still looking down, in my reflection. I was confused and scared and I tried to wake up. I thought that my reflection was gonna turn into something from a horror movie. I kept trying to shake myself awake like I usually do but it wouldn't work. I was convinced that I was awake and I some how entered sleep paralysis while I was taking a shit. I fell on the ground unable to feel my body. I finally woke up in a panic.
