๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ๐ŸŒดSome of my friends and I arrived on a fairly small island in the middle of a warm, bright blue sea with a hint of turquoise. The sand was a soft off-white and its texture was even softer. We checked into our hotel which was basically a party club with leis, food, flashing lights, pools, and water fixtures everywhere. ๐ŸฆŽNothing about this place was calm-- including the people there. It felt hard to breathe with kids everywhere even though we fit right in. The music was incredibly loud so my group and I ended up running away๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿป to the only other building on the island. This was the hotel for us because it was quaint, quiet, and calm. We all laid on the beach with the sun โ˜€๏ธ blanketing us in warmth. The expanse of ocean felt familiar and welcoming โ›ต๏ธ even if we couldn't see the end. We went swimming in the ocean together and no salt or lack of breath bothered us. We could be underwater for as long as we wanted and looked out at the lively ocean floor below us ๐Ÿฆ‘๐Ÿ ๐Ÿก๐Ÿฌ. That evening, we fell asleep right on the beach ๐Ÿš with no worries because we hadn't seen anyone else on this side of the island for the whole day. The sand stayed warm after the most brilliant and orange sunset I've ever seen. That's when I woke up to a beautiful sunrise out my window this morning. You have no idea how badly I want this island in my head to become reality!๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒด๐ŸŒ…๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ’•
