Weird reality

So this dream is weird. I’m calling it a dream because I don’t know what else to call it. You might not believe me but it’s true so read on So this “dream” starts off weird. I was 4. (This “dream” took place when I was 4)I woke up to use the washroom. I went to the washroom, opened the door and found an entrance to this cave with candles hanging from the walls and Ganesh idols to my left. Me being a kid, said Ganesha for each idol threat was there. As I reached the end of the cave I saw a huge monster with it’s eyes closed. Me being the stupid 4 yr old I used to be said: “Big Ganesha!” The monster opened it’s eyes. They were blood red. It gave me the creepiest smile possible and I ran for my life. Now comes the weird part. I ran through the cave and went out the washroom door. But instead of waking up in a cold sweat in my bed, I was standing outside the washroom! I looked back only to see no door, no entrance, nothing. I was a kid back then and shrugged it off but recently I realised what a weird thing that was. This “dream” is the root of many of my irrational fears such as darkness, ghosts, monsters and washrooms at night.
