Fallen Me?

"I'm playing a game called Fallen London" I was in trouble and needed to shuffle cards to fix them. There was a big list of every action with its card. I was thinking the board and it was like I was on a computer. There was a problem bothering me and I didn't have the correct card. I had two cards in my deck, I fixed one but the other one relied on it A woman, oracle alike, asked me to finish this mission.
